"We had Belinda Mendoza come to our house for a Feng Shui consultation as part of the process of selling our house.
Belinda is a great Feng Shui consultant and stager. Her knowledge of multiple systems of Feng Shui is what initially attracted me to contact her. Belinda was very timely, organized in her suggestions, and professional in her communication.
I’m very appreciative of her process, which involved the initial Feng Shui and staging consultation as well as a follow up appointment. I highly recommend her services.
I rapidly implemented all of the recommendations Belinda gave us. Within two days of her first visit, we had all of the changes in place. The recommendations included moving furniture, putting new colors in specific places in that specific house, adding mirrors in the shape and location suggested, energy clearing, acquiring plants with specific colors and sizes to add life energy in specific locations, put in small fountains to increase energy movement, etc. All of these changes were made via Belinda’s specific recommendations. In addition to the physical changes in the objects in the house, we also created and held our intention for the right buyers to be attracted to the property. We also “pictured” ourselves moving into new housing for us. We also kept the house very clean and organized so that the house could be shown every day. Results: the house “felt” better to me.
Our neighbors and realtors that had been in the house just before the Feng Shui consultation with Belinda, came in and said “what’s different? It feels better in here?” Then we told them about the Feng Shui and staging.
The financial results: We had a purchase agreement on the houses within 14 days of listing the house. By the way, we had a sales contract on our house within three days of her initial consultation.
That’s what I wanted: quick results. If you want to sell a house quickly, invest in a staging and Feng Shui consultation with Belinda. Then do what she suggests, all of it. It works.
Many realtors in the Austin area are unfamiliar with Feng Shui. Most of them do know about the benefits of staging. Belinda does both. Some realtors will actually pay for the consultation. Refer Belinda to your friends and realtors. She can help you and them. Think of it this way, if you sell you house two to four weeks faster with Feng Shui than with traditional methods, you will pay for the consultation fee with the mortgage interest savings you gain as a result of selling the house faster. The faster you sell the house, the less time you have to spend cleaning it up and the less time having anxiety over when it will sell.
For Comparison: there were 5 other houses listed for sale in the neighborhood where we sold our house as described above. All of the other houses are still for sale two months later.
I think of Feng Shui in similar terms to electricity: I may not be able to rationally or logically explain why or how it works. But I do know this: it does work and I enjoy and appreciate the benefits of good Feng Shui."

“I wanted to let you know that we totally redid our office. On Thursday there was not anything on the floor and we had the carpets professionally cleaned.
